Frequently Asked Questions

Wheel Sizes & Fitment
How do I know which wheels fit my vehicle?
Correct wheel fitment depends on the wheel diameter, width, PCD, offset, centre bore, tyre size, load rating and brake clearance.
Send us your vehicle make, model, year and current tyre size before ordering if you are unsure.
What is PCD?
PCD means Pitch Circle Diameter. It describes the number of wheel bolts and the diameter of the circle on which they are positioned.
For example, 4x100 means four wheel bolts positioned on a 100 mm circle. Your new wheels must have the correct PCD for your vehicle.
Where can I find my vehicle’s PCD?
Your vehicle’s PCD may be found in the owner’s manual, through a professional wheel-and-tyre fitment centre or by contacting Wheels Warehouse with your vehicle details.
What is wheel offset?
Wheel offset is the distance between the wheel’s centre line and the mounting surface that sits against the vehicle hub.
An incorrect offset may cause the wheel to rub against the suspension, brakes or bodywork.
What is the centre bore?
The centre bore is the opening in the middle of the wheel that fits over the vehicle hub. Some wheel applications may require suitable hub-centric rings.
Can I fit larger wheels to my vehicle?
In many cases, larger wheels can be fitted provided the correct tyre size, offset, wheel width, load rating and clearance are maintained.
A professional fitment centre should inspect the setup before the vehicle is driven.
Can I use my existing tyres on new wheels?
Your existing tyres can only be reused if they match the new wheel diameter and width and remain in a safe, roadworthy condition.
Do the wheels come with tyres?
Unless the product is clearly described as a wheel-and-tyre combination, the listed price normally applies to the wheels only. Check the product description before ordering.
Are wheel nuts, bolts and centre caps included?
Centre caps may be included with selected wheel sets. Wheel nuts, bolts, spacers, adapters and hub-centric rings may be sold separately unless stated in the product description.
Can you help me choose the correct wheels?
Please send us the following information:
- Vehicle make and model
- Vehicle year and variant
- Current tyre size
- Preferred wheel size
- A clear photograph of the vehicle, where possible
Ordering & Payments

Is my order confirmed immediately?
An automated email confirms that your order was received. Final acceptance remains subject to cleared payment and stock availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after the order has been processed, specially ordered or handed to the courier.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
We may offer a suitable alternative, provide a revised delivery estimate or issue a refund. A substitute product will not be sent without your approval.
Are the prices for one wheel or a full set?
The product page should state whether the price applies to one wheel, a pair or a complete set. Contact us before ordering if the quantity is unclear.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include debit card, credit card, instant EFT and standard EFT.
Can I pay by EFT?
Yes, where EFT is available. Your order will only be processed once the payment reflects as cleared in the official Wheels Warehouse bank account.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Your order confirmation or invoice will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes, Wheels Warehouse delivers to most areas within South Africa, subject to courier coverage.
Additional charges may apply to remote areas, farms, mines and destinations outside standard courier routes.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees depend on the destination, number of parcels, parcel dimensions, weight and courier service. The applicable amount will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on stock availability, cleared payment and the delivery location. Special-order products may require additional processing time.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Before accepting or fitting the wheels:
- Check the number of parcels.
- Inspect the packaging for visible damage.
- Photograph any damaged packaging.
- Check that the wheels match your order.
- Do not fit a visibly damaged or incorrect product.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a depot. Additional charges may apply where the order is returned because nobody was available or the address was incorrect.
Can someone else accept my delivery?
Yes. A person present at the delivery address may accept the order on your behalf. They should inspect the parcels for visible damage before signing.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return wheels if I change my mind?
Unused and unfitted products may qualify for return, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Products should be undamaged, in their original condition and returned with all packaging and accessories.
Can I return wheels after tyres have been fitted?
Wheels that have had tyres mounted, have been fitted to a vehicle or show mounting marks may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
This does not affect your rights where the product is defective or was incorrectly supplied.
What happens if I ordered the wrong size or PCD?
Contact us immediately. Unused and unfitted products may be considered for exchange, subject to inspection, stock availability and any applicable delivery or price-difference costs.
What happens if Wheels Warehouse sends the wrong product?
Do not fit the product. Contact us with your order number and clear photographs so that we can arrange the appropriate collection, replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are normally paid through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Warranty & Claims
Do your wheels come with a warranty?
Products are covered by applicable consumer protections and any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page or invoice.
What does the warranty cover?
A valid claim may include:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural defects
- Incorrect products supplied
- Products damaged before or during delivery
- Products that do not match the confirmed description
What is not normally covered by the warranty?
Warranty coverage generally excludes damage caused by:
- Potholes, kerbs, collisions or road debris
- Incorrect installation or wheel-nut torque
- Racing, drifting or overloading
- Harsh cleaning chemicals
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Please send us:
- Your full name and order number
- The purchase date
- Your vehicle details
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs or videos
- Photographs of the wheel markings
- The fitment invoice, where available
Do not repair, repaint or modify the product before it has been assessed.
Installation & Wheel Care
Who should install my new wheels?
Wheels should be installed by a reputable wheel-and-tyre fitment centre. The installer should check the PCD, offset, centre bore, wheel fasteners, brake clearance, tyre size and balancing.
How should I clean my wheels?
Use clean water, a soft cloth or brush and a mild wheel-cleaning product.
Avoid acid-based cleaners, abrasive brushes, harsh chemicals and cleaning wheels while they are hot.
Can damaged mag wheels be repaired?
Some wheel damage may be repairable by a suitably qualified wheel-repair specialist. Contact us before authorising repairs where the product may be subject to a warranty claim.
Why is my vehicle vibrating after fitting new wheels?
Ask the fitment centre to check:
- Wheel balancing
- Wheel-nut torque
- Hub-centric rings
- Tyre condition
- Wheel alignment
- Whether the wheels are correctly seated
